To build career security, you will need Learnability. But what it is? It’s the combination of desire and ability to grow and change your skills throughout your professional career.
This means with change occurring at a rapid rate and being further accelerated by innovation, those who pursue opportunities to learn will have better positioned themselves for career growth. In these hectic times, professional success is not exclusively focused on your past achievements. It is also being propelled by your ability to adapt to change and own your career progression.
“It's time to take a fresh look at how we motivate, develop and retain employees. In this environment, learnability is the hot ticket to success for employers and individuals alike.” - Mara Swan, Executive Vice President, Global Strategy and Talent, ManpowerGroup
As a result, ManpowerGroup has created the Learnability QuotientTM. It represents a new way for you to assess your learning styles and gain insight on how to better develop and engage.
Join us on Thursday, March 21, to take the Learnability QuotientTM and to find out more about how you learn. Stacey Force, vice president of globbal marketing at ManpowerGroup, will be on hand to administer the short assessment and will provide additional context. Afterward, there will be facilitated discussion on what to do with your newly found understanding. There will also be an opportunity to connect with other project management professionals from the greater Milwaukee area.
