Previously, Marie held several leadership roles at FIS where she served as vice president of Corporate Integrations, director of the Finance PMO and vice president of Corporate Legal. During her tenure at FIS, Marie closed 25 Mergers & Acquisition transactions. Most notably, Marie was the acquisition and integration executive on the SunGard transaction, a $9B deal, placing FIS directly into the Wealth Management sector. Marie began her 20 year career in Washington, D.C. working in finance and legal services for Marriott International, Inc. She holds a B.S. in Pre-Law from the University of South Dakota. She is a professional speaker in various industry forums including IT Financial Management Conference, Shared Services Outsourcing Network and Business Finance Magazine.
Christina Kurcz is an IT recruiter/account manager at Robert Half Technology where she manages a full desk. She’s spent the last year and a half working to place IT candidates into direct hire positions with companies in Wisconsin. Christina genuinely enjoys building relationships with a variety of organizations, so her team can work to bring them top IT talent. On the candidate side, Christina places individuals in the following roles: IT support, systems administrators/engineers, network engineers, software developers, project managers, business analysts, database administrators, BI developers, etc.
Outside of work, Christina is a bar league kickball team champion, on an ultimate frisbee team, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Eric Stanke is currently an account manager for TekPartners in Milwaukee, WI. He has spent most of his career forging relationships and partnerships in the world of IT staffing. Eric began his career in south Florida and then spent two years in Charlotte, NC. From there, Eric was asked to expand the reach of TekPartners into the Milwaukee market. For the past two years, Eric has been an integral part of that effort. In his current role, Eric specializes in understanding his clients’ needs and uses three key engagement models to do so: human capital solutions, talent delivery managed services and outsourced project solutionsEric holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida – College of Business Administration.
Join us for our annual Career Advancement Workshop. For the third year in a row, we have put together a panel of dynamic panelists from different backgrounds within the field of project management. Throughout the session, they will share insider secrets of career advancement, what hiring managers look for, how to prepare yourself for you next move, what's trending in the industry, and the best way to bullet-proof your career.
Appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available. There will also be time to network and meet other chapter members.
