Presentation Summary:

Whether you are a project manager, scrum master, team member, senior leader, business owner, or in any other leadership position, everyone has room to grow their leadership capabilities. If you asked fifty people what makes a great leader, you would probably get fifty different answers, because there are countless attributes that make a great leader. Being a good leader is a comfortable place to be, because it is safe and predictable. Shifting from good to great takes courage and fortitude and many do not have what it takes to make the move. Do you? Are you ready to be challenged to grow your leadership abilities from good to great? This informative and challenging session will highlight key leadership attributes that are commonly overlooked and under pursued by good leaders, but are embraced, implemented and mastered by great ones. This session will enable you to self-evaluate and challenge your own status quo to shift you from the good comfortable leader you are, to the great dynamic, influential leader you want to become. But there is one catch: You! You must have the open-mindedness to recognize the growth areas in your leadership abilities, and you must have the self-discipline to implement change. It starts and ends with you. Are you up for the challenge? Come ready to learn how to shift your leadership abilities from good to great, and together we will learn to lead ourselves to greatness.
