Join us for a fun evening learn scrum through a hands-on activity. This simulation is a multi-team, full cycle, product oriented scrum simulation with Lego bricks. Through this iterative approach, attendees will learn about Scrum roles, Scrum ceremonies, Scrum artifacts and Scrum process.
Kamal Soan, PMP, PMI-ACP
Kamal Soan is an experienced Scrum Master/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager at Fidelity Information Services (FIS) in Milwaukee, WI. He worked on Scrum Framework with various companies like State Farm, Kohls and Liberty Mutual. He is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. He is passionate about Agile, especially with Scrum – provided assistance to teams for successful agile transformations by conducting training sessions, providing coaching regularly, guiding them through the transformation, prepared knowledge content and leading them through. Other certifications he holds are PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilest, Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL v3, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and Professional Diploma in Clinical Research. He is an active volunteer in Project Management Institute Milwaukee chapter as President-Elect and in Toastmasters International as President in FIS’s corporate club - Finest In Speech Toastmasters Club.
