Presentation Summary:
Join us for breakfast and a discussion on “Managing the Human Side of Projects - Facilitating Stakeholder Satisfaction, Change Adoption and Organizational Value.” Together, we’ll discuss the issues PMs are dealing as they relate to the human side of projects. We’ll also explore why project management and organizational change management disciplines are not mutually exclusive. Then, we’ll focus on how to best leverage the joint opportunities that exist between the two. And, finally, we’ll share our understanding of how organizational change management and other human factor concepts and principles are embedded throughout the PMBOK® Guide.
