Today's project professionals must not only navigate uncertainty and make effective decisions – they must continuously adapt their skills, mindsets, and approaches to remain relevant and impactful in a world where standing still is the fastest way to fall behind.

Our hope is that you walk away from this year's PDD positioned to lead the future of work, not just keep pace with it. As technology and AI capabilities advance, organizations transform, and expectations continue to evolve, the ability to lead through change has never been more important.

Amidst navigating several leadership transitions, the PMI Milwaukee Board has unanimously made the decision to host our half-day PDD virtually this year while we recalibrate and build toward the future.

While the format may look different, our commitment to delivering meaningful professional development remains unchanged.
