ELECTION TIMELINE

  • Online ballot instructions emailed to members in good standing by 10/25/2021
  • Online ballot voting closed on xx/xx/xx by 5:00pm CT
  • Ballot validation completed by xx/xx/xx
  • Voting results announced to members by xx/xx/xx
  • 2022 elected and appointed board members take office (*) by xx/xx/xx
  • Onboarding may start sooner

BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTIONS FOR OPEN ELECTED BOARD ROLES  

  • The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the processes related to the ongoing, internal
    operations of the PMI Milwaukee and is responsible for fulfilling the technical requirements of  PMI Milwaukee
  • The Vice President of Programs shall oversee the processes related to all events the chapter is responsible.
  • The Vice President of Marketing/Communications shall oversee the processes related to providing
    information concerning the events and services provided by the PMI Milwaukee Chapter.
  • The Vice President of Volunteering shall oversee the identification of volunteering needs as provided
    by the other board members to allow the chapter to offer its services. This also include the recruiting
    of volunteers
