Presentation Title: Maximizing Your Professional Presence

Bio :

Polly is an executive presence engineer. She works with the rebels, the risk-takers and the underdogs, helping them to navigate the challenges of leadership and public-facing roles.

Her clients include gubernatorial candidates, members of the Minnesota Senate and Minnesota House representatives, senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, television and radio news anchors, department managers, and high potentials.

She works closely with clients, preparing them for critical conversations, keynotes, political debates, national television interviews, and other business-and-issue-oriented presentations. She has coached Miss America, Miss USA, and Miss Minnesota contestants. Her online course, The Art & Science of Extraordinary Executive Presence, is a trusted and relied upon resource used by professionals in all stages of their careers.

Presentation Abstract:

Strategies that work well among colleagues in conference rooms don’t always translate seamlessly
to Brady-Bunch style quadrants on a computer screen. Virtual meetings and presentations are an
entirely different environment, and unless you learn to maximize your virtual presence, you risk
leaving an impression that is mediocre at best. Or worse, leaving no impression at all!
Executive coach, Polly Meyer, will shed light on the pitfalls to avoid, and share the strategies
required to elevate both your point and your presence in virtual meetings or when you’re back at
the office.
Polly’s interactive and hands-on training is designed to give you a competitive and charismatic
edge. She offers a simple, yet powerful mix of lively conversation, physical activity and applicable
science. When used together, you’ll be able to leverage your virtual interactions to make those
killer first impressions, and feel more at ease when the pressure is on.
