Current Volunteering Opportunites

We are in the process of reviewing all of our volunteer opportunity positions. We are actively recruiting for these four opportunities listed in the PMI Volunteer Engagement Portal (VEP):
 
  • VP of Marketing & Communication (urgent)
The PMI Chapter VP of Marketing & Communications is the architect of the chapter’s messaging and brand presence. They ensure that members, volunteers, and the external community receive clear, consistent, and engaging communications, while supporting recruitment, event participation, and overall chapter growth.
 
 
  • VP of Membership
The PMI Chapter VP of Membership ensures the chapter is vibrant, growing, and member focused. They manage recruitment, retention, engagement, data, and member experience while collaborating with the entire board to maximize value for the chapter’s community.
 
 
  • Director of Social Media (urgent)
The Director of Social Media is responsible for managing and growing the PMI Milwaukee Chapter’s social media presence to enhance member engagement, promote chapter events, and strengthen the chapter’s brand within the professional community. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications to execute a cohesive digital strategy that supports member recruitment, event participation, and overall chapter visibility.
 
 
  • Director of Speakers
The Director of Speakers is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality speakers for chapter events and professional development programs. This role plays a critical part in delivering valuable, relevant, and engaging content aligned with PMI standards and member needs. Working closely with the VP of Programs and Professional Development, this position ensures a strong speaker pipeline, a consistent speaker experience, and high-quality program delivery that supports chapter growth and member satisfaction.
