We’re excited to announce the nominees for our upcoming 2026–2027 PMI Southeast Wisconsin Chapter Board of Directors elections! This is an exciting time for our chapter as we prepare to elect passionate leaders who will guide us in advancing the project management profession and enhancing member value.

PRESIDENT-ELECT

Position Summary

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Successor to the president; elected volunteer who will assist the president with his or her duties of managing the chapter and assume the role of the chapter president if the president is unable to perform duties for any reason.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate Professional Development Day for the calendar year prior to the assumption of the Presidency
  • Represent the president in his or her absence
  • Assume the role of president the year following successful completion of his or her duties in this role (depending on chapter bylaws)
  • Assume the role of president if the president is unable to perform duties for any reason
  • Assist the president in his or her duties
  • Serve as member ex-officio with the right to vote on all committees except the nominating committee
  • Develop and implement succession and transition plan

VP OF VOLUNTEERS

Position Summary

The VP of Volunteers is responsible for the recruitment and/or retention of volunteers, support all existing and future programs with their need for volunteers, and provide oversight, administration and building awareness of the chapter volunteer policies.

VP OF FINANCE

Position Summary

The VP of Finance shall serve as the PMI Milwaukee Treasurer and oversee the budgeting and management of funds for duly authorized purposes of the PMI Milwaukee Chapter, which includes providing all necessary financial reporting. The VP of Finance is accountable to the PMI Milwaukee President, and PMI Milwaukee membership, and to the PMI Milwaukee Board of Directors.

VP OF OPERATIONS

Position Summary

The VP of Operations is responsible for the processes related to the ongoing, internal operations of the PMI Milwaukee Chapter, including oversight of legal and contractual agreements related to operations and technology, records management, controlling and accounting for PMI Milwaukee assets, and is responsible for fulfilling the technical needs of the chapter. The VP of Operations is accountable to the PMI Milwaukee President, and PMI Milwaukee membership, and to the PMI Milwaukee Board of Directors.
