Presentation Title: Work Life Integration in the Never Normal
Bio:
Brantlee leads Project Management Institute’s (PMI) North America region to grow PMI’s relevance amongst organizations, individuals and communities. A Certified Association Executive (CAE) and nonprofit executive, Brantlee aligns PMI’s strategy and operational plans to serve PMI’s North American market and volunteer-lead communities to empower people to make their ideas a reality. In her almost 25 years with PMI, Brantlee has led community, organizational and volunteer leadership transformation to achieve greater engagement and value outcomes for PMI members around the globe. She has led the establishment of PMI offices in Dubai, Singapore and Brussels; coaches teams in change and stakeholder engagement; and co-led the start-up team for implementing PMI’s culture and change management capability.
Presentation Abstract:
Since March 2020, employees and people in general are reporting alarming levels of stress and fatigue, depression and anxiety, and worsening chronic conditions due to worry and stress over the coronavirus and more. Environments - at home, at work - have changed all over the world, for better or for worse.

- Be informed by some of the data expressing the breadth of the pandemic's impact on how businesses are responding and the impact on employees, including our project management profession
- Learn some tips and techniques for your own toolbox to manage your personal self-care and as a project leader, to support your teams
