Presentation Abstract:

Energizing Critical Relationships is a program developed specifically to focus on the quality of relationships in our lives – both personally and professionally – to elevate not only yourself, but your aspirations.

Who are your most Critical/Important relationships? Do you know? Have you prioritized the most important relationships to your success and well-being? Do those people know how critical they are to you and your quality of life and work?

The quality of our lives comes down to the quality of our relationships. The ability to lead others, influence people, or even parent children, come down to the quality of the relationships. Life’s greatest joys and pains are mostly associated with the most important or “critical” relationships in our lives.

  • How can you use what is happening in the highest performing relationships you currently have and transplant that into other relationships that need to be improved and elevated?
  • Your PMP designation shows that you have the hard skills necessary to be a project MANAGER. The soft skills in this session will help you be a more effective LEADER.
  • What are the signs of toxic relationships and what can you do about it if you encounter one or need to exit one?
  • What are the strategies you can use to manage the energy/emotion in a relationship whether it is positive or negative? And, how can you use the energy related to emotion, feelings and attitude to distinguish yourself as a leader?
  • There are skills associated with building, strengthening, and maintaining critical relationships.  If you aspire to be more effective with the people side of project management, this is the most valuable workshop for your leadership development.

Presented across the country, thousands of Project Managers, and attendees alike, have taken a seat to this eye-opening and thought-provoking engagement with Steve Hegele of Hegele Inc. We can’t wait to meet you, and energizing the critical relationships in your life.

See you there.
