Presentation Description:

Our project management industry is full of opinions from all corners of the world.  To help sift through the noise we can turn to research and examine data to see how we’re performing.  Once we understand the data we’re then confronted with a choice.  Do we do anything with the data or maintain the status quo?  Should we seek to make improvements or do we re-think what we’re doing to transform?

In this session we’ll examine research conducted by The PMO Squad and others to understand the current state of project management.  The choice will then be yours of what to do next.  Let’s not go off gut instincts, rather let’s rely on data to show us what to transform.

See you there.
