Speaker Bio:

Claude Scher, PMP, CSM, SAFE PO/PM has been involved in the leadership of the PMI Milwaukee SE/WI chapter since 2005 and current president.

He has been the chapter president multiple times and is involved with many community activities. He is the proud parent of 3 teenage daughters.

He enjoys mentoring new project managers and providing guidance to members or companies interested in improving their PM skills or practices.

Claude is an accomplished global program and portfolio manager.  He has worked for some of the largest companies in Milwaukee including GE Healthcare,

Johnson Controls and currently Veolia North America. He is also a regular presenter at PPM related conferences - His favorite topics are - Portfolio Prioritization, Business Case, PMO maturity model

Presentation Description:

Claude had the privilege of attending the PMI global summit in Atlanta, 23-24 October 2023

He will provide a summary of the topics that were discussed including AI, Green Project Management, Multigenerational challenges, PM and Emotional

Intelligence, newer services provided by Global PMI and others. Claude is also involved with some of the initiatives led by global PMI and will share information about new services that are being offered.
