2. Ensuring responsible leadership rooted in accountability and communication

Presentation Description: Organizational chaos and lack of accountability is not uncommon when individuals with different views and backgrounds work together. When faced with leading and turning around a chaotic, toxic organization do you know what to do or where to start. This is where true leaders understand the importance of leading with heart, then holding people accountable can turn things around.

This presentation explores the journey of transforming a chaotic, toxic organization to one where people want to be associated with, creating a sense of network. Creating an environment of belonging where members want to collaborate, be part of something bigger than themselves.

Great leaders perceive leadership as a personal commitment, giving their all to ensure the success of the organization, team, group, whatever they are leading. This is especially true in volunteer roles where there is no financial reward, making it a mission-driven endeavor. In the face of a chaotic, toxic leadership team, it is crucial to have a roadmap for turning things around and leading with heart, while holding people accountable.

Presentation Content:

  1. Understanding what it means to be a leader.
  2. Navigating the journey of transformation
  3. Leading with heart
  4. Initiating hard conversations and acting.
  5. Driving success through accountability and governance

Embracing these principles and initiating the hard conversations that need to be had, leaders can navigate the journey of transforming a chaotic organization with confidence and drive positive change.

Note: Scenario exercise will be provided to drive learning and skill building.
