Each role plays a vital part in growing and sustaining the chapter, and there have been countless individuals dedicating their time and talents throughout the Chapter's history. This role manages the selection and coordination involving the speakers who participate in our chapter events. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Programs and works in collaboration with Chapter Leaders and other volunteers.

Study Group Facilitator

The Facilator is a key chapter volunteer who assists participants and operates the Chapter's PMP exam prep workshop. This role provides guidance to the participants through fifteen sessions covering a different section of the PMBOK and helps to keep the group engaged and well prepared for the exam content as well as what to expect on the day of sitting for the exam.

Director PMImpact

Interim: Dave Clausen

This role is responsible for overseeing a program of social good projects and hiring, training and managing the team of volunteers working on these. Included in these duties is mentoring and coaching volunteers on project best practices and social good initiatives, in addition to reporting on multiple initiatives for the chapter. The role works closely with the VP of Volunteers and other chapter board members, leaders, volunteers, and membership.

Webmaster

Interim: Claude Scher, Dave Clausen, Mary Parlow

This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with VP of Communications, board members, leaders, and other volunteers. This is a critical role for the Chapter as our website is a vital platform to serve our members, drive our engagement, communication, and growth. The Webmaster is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the website, and help ensure content is up to date.
