TENTATIVE ELECTION TIMELINE

  • Call for candidates to open 09-01 through 10-22-2023
  • Candidates interviewed by position between 10-23 and 10-28-20223
  • Candidates information provided to PMI Global by 10-30-2023
  • Online ballot instructions emailed to members in good standing by 11/22/2023 (*)
  • Online ballot usually stays opened for 2 weeks
  • Voting results will be announced by emails and on the website
  • 2023-2024 elected and appointed board members take office on 01/01/2024

OPEN ROLES - 2 YEARS ROLE ( 2024-2025)

  • The Vice President of Outreach is responsible for increasing the exposure and awareness to the community regarding the chapter.
  • The Vice President of Marketing / Communicationsa.k.a MarCom is responsible for targeted interaction with members and prospects using multiple media avenues.
  • The Vice President of Programs is responsible for development and delivery of programs for the chapter. is responsible for leading the portfolio of retaining and recruiting members.
  • The President Elect is a two years term and is responsible for shadowing the President to understand and learn the President position. The President-Elect is also the one who would take over for the President in case he or she would leave their position before the end of a term.
