Speaker Bio:

With over 15 years in project management, particularly in healthcare and technology, my experience is grounded in rigorous methodologies and a passion for delivery excellence.

As a PMP-certified professional, I have led cross-functional teams across complex SaaS, data analytics, and digital health initiatives, steering projects from inception to completion while aligning with PMBOK principles. My work involves detailed planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance to ensure that projects not only meet scope and timelines but also exceed client expectations.

In addition to my formal certifications in SAFe, ICAgile, and CSM, I bring hands-on experience with project management tools, agile methodologies, and change management strategies. My commitment to advancing the field also includes judging various awards, sharing insights as a speaker, and staying current with evolving project management practices.

Presentation Description: 

I’ll begin by introducing the role of Agile and Project Management in healthcare. We’ll review the Healthcare Technology Landscape, primarily the growing demand for technology in healthcare and the unique challenges in healthcare project management. I’ll describe the role of agile in transforming healthcare by providing real experience examples. We’ll discuss the essential skills needed for technical professionals in healthcare and certifications and learning paths such as CAPM, PMP, CSM. I’ll finish by sharing career advice and growth opportunities, for finding the right roles in healthcare technology and keys to success in Agile Project Management.
